HR Specialist Job

Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent that aligns with our company values and culture.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations matters.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner, seeking to resolve issues proactively and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and benefits administration.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and analytics for management review, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (prefered by not mandatory).
  • 1 years of progressive experience in HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, digital marketing or software house will be preferred.
