On-Site Position (Karachi Office)

Are you a relationship-oriented professional with knowledge of IT industry? Do you have experience of working in digital marketing agency and software house, If so, we want to hear from you!

We are look for a highly motivated Business Development Officer (BDO) with a strong understanding of the IT industry. You will leverage your knowledge of digital marketing and software development to identify, qualify, and convert leads into loyal customers within the IT sector.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Prepare compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the value proposition of our IT products/services.
Negotiate and close deals in accordance with company policies.
Track and analyze sales data to measure performance.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Business Development or related sales role, preferably within the IT industry (digital marketing and software development experience a plus).
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the IT sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both English / Urdu).
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Understanding of current IT trends and technologies is highly desirable.
