Community Manager – Job

Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Community Manager to join our agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing online communities for our clients in GCC across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social media communities for our clients by engaging with their respective communities online according to their respective guidelines
  • Engage in Natural conversations with followers on relevant social media pages in both Arabic and English as relevant
  • Create and organize compelling content that resonates with the community 
  • Observe and Monitor social media trends and conversations relevant to our clients and the sports industry
  • Provide timely and appropriate responses to comments, questions, and concerns of community members’
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align community management efforts with overall marketing strategies
  • Track and evaluate community engagement metrics and provide regular reports
  • Identify influencers and potential brand ambassadors within the community
  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and contests
  • Stay updated on sports news, events, and developments relevant to our clients

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of the Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • 2-3 years of experience in community management (sports industry will be a plus)
  • Excellent understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok)
  • Deep knowledge of the sports landscape in the MENA region
  • Experience with social media management tools
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.
